By Commissioning Me, you automatically agree to my TOS
Absolutely NO AI will be toleratedPlease do not use my art in any AI program or image generatorPlease ensure you have the proper information for the commission such as reference sheets etcWIPs, I will provide a WIP every couple of days to ensure I work on the commissionAny changes after the sketch will cost 5% of the original cost(s)If you're unsatisfied with your artwork, I'd be willing to fix it up for you, however due to my time, this will be 10% of the original cost(s)Do not resell, or use my art for any mass productions (Without my permission)If you do not want an artwork posted on my social media, please message me before I work on the commission, or any time before I finish it.
PAYMENT
I use PayPal, or Venmo
(use whichever one you're comfortable with)
Half of the original price must be paid upfrontAfter I finish the sketch, the other half MUST be paid, or I will not finish your order.Any unfair chargebacks made will result in a ban, and discard of your orderAll prices are shown in USD.
REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
I (Silver) Have the right to turn down ANY commission request that I deem immoral, or anything that makes me uncomfortable.If a client wants to cancel the commission, if the commission hasn't been started the full amount can be refunded.ZERO refunds after the commission is complete or started.
